1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted within 24 hours after placing an order. After this period, we are unable to process refund requests as the order would have entered the processing or shipping stage. 

Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@smartcey.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. 

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return: 

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All included components, accessories, and documentation must be intact.

Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at sales@smartcey.com. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns. 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will result in a refund or exchange as per your request. 

Please Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications. 

3. Address Changes

Address change requests are only accepted within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, orders are locked in for processing, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. 

If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@smartcey.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

4. Replacements of Components

We do not offer replacements for components or accessories that are misplaced, lost, or damaged by the customer after delivery. 

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package upon delivery and ensure all components are accounted for. In the unlikely event that an item arrives with missing components, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

5. Technical Knowledge Requirement

Our products are designed for customers with a basic level of technical knowledge about smart home devices. While we provide detailed product manuals and technical assistance, customers are expected to set up and operate the products. 

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the issue arises from the customer’s lack of technical knowledge or inability to follow the setup instructions. We encourage customers to contact our support team for assistance before initiating any return.

6. Limitation of Liability

MatterHubs.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. By purchasing our products, you agree that the responsibility for proper installation, use, and maintenance lies with you. 

7. Changes in Terms and Conditions

MatterHubs.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
